Recipe: Morning Smoothie

1/2 cup oatmeal
1 cup spinach or kale
1/2 cup raspberries
1/2 cup blueberries
1 cup almond milk unsweetened (can also use coconut water if desired)
banana (if extra sweetness is desired)
1 cup sun warrior vegan protein powder
2 tablespoons of ground flaxseed

add water or coconut water, enough to liquify to taste
