FASHION: HANDBAGS

I’ll admit it, I’m a bit of an It-bag girl. Handbags are like art pieces to me and I have a pretty extensive collection. Here are some of my favorites:

 Azzedine Alaïa

Heavy rock meets clean lines and tons of space for lengthy flights and travel.

Balenciaga

The brighter the better, but only sometimes. The sheer size and audacity of this color had me drooling. I got it in Paris on tour.

Chanel

This electric blue is a jaw dropper. So fun.

Givenchy

Classic rock ‘n’ roll. Heavy for the hardware, but worth it.

Hermes

Found this Hermes purse in an old vintage shop in London. It was the perfect size and in great condition.

Lanvin

An unusual one for Lanvin, I love the straight lines and hardware. And dark blue looks great with everything.

Alexander McQueen

My stylist’s fave in my closet. My husband bought it for me for my birthday. He knows.

Stella McCartney

A classic shape. And vegan, which assuages and inspires. Found it in Paris in a window next to Serge Lutens. I was in girl heaven

The Row

My fave go-to bag. As a new mom who loves to pick up my son whenever he needs it, having free hands is KEY. Whether on the beach or at the airport, this bag has saved my ass on many occasions.
